RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened in the original packaging, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories.

The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.

Only items that have been purchased directly from vapeyep.com can be returned. Proof of purchase required. Please include your name, email address and order number when requesting a return.
